[x] Trainer guidelines document (needs to be edited)
[x] Discuss timetable
[x] Overview of materials (share current version of website)
[x] Discuss what still needs to be done - we will share later slides and updated materials
[x] Check logistics - make sure that they fill in form for University insurance
[x] Schedule next briefing meeting in Aug/Sept
