This repository contains the materials for the Cholera Genomic Surveillance course.
The instructions to install these requirements and setting up workshop environment are available in the course_files/scripts/setup.sh and course_files/scripts/environment.yml. If some of these requirement are already met in your machines you can just comment out by typing # at the beginning of the lines accordingly in the setup.sh file, except the download data instruction lines if necessary.
