RPA Task: Catalog -> External implementation

Rather than using a catalogue template right here I would like to use the "external" service task information in order to have it

• accessible and readable by everyone
• configurable for the simulator (without the need to edit the actual xml)

What do you think @superbeagle ? (Relating to the RPA branch)
