Fixes and upgrades for setting up, viewing, create new and deactivating backup codes.

1st setup:

1) 1st screen

b) If this is an isolated setup, visited by a direct link rather than part of sign in flow, say "Backup code setup complete"

Create new backup codes when you already have some created:

1) Visit direct link to the backup codes. Click "Create new backup codes"

3) All other steps same as 1st setup

Viewing existing backup codes:

1) Clicks view backup codes

2) See list of backup codes, used codes get crossed out (Easier to see than just saying Used).
