404 page is visually broken #138

As mentioned in the starter-pack discussion in Riga, the 404 page of the starter-pack does not work. See for example: https://canonical-starter-pack.readthedocs-hosted.com/INVALIDURL; will look like this:

I originally discovered this on firefox, but this is also broken on chromium.
