Increase spacing around level 3 and level 4 headings #143

It's a bit hard to see these headings in the surrounding text.

We've now changed the font and style to adhere better to Vanilla, which hopefully fixes this issue. (I don't remember who brought it up originally, but please reopen if you still want it fixed.)
