Remove sphinx tabs extension #159

The sphinx-design extension already provides a tabs feature, see: https://sphinx-design.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tabs.html

Sphinx-design doesn't have the same functionality, so I'm very reluctant to just get rid of it. Making it (more) optional is okay, but imo it should remain the recommended way of doing tabs.
