Link underlines #230

https://github.com/canonical/sphinx-docs-starter-pack/pull/220 introduced link underlines, which Vanilla doesn't have.

They were hidden by making them the same colour as the background, which probably caused the accessibility check to fail.

We'll need to figure out how to hide them again to be compatible with Vanilla.
