Discord bot does not act #100

Describe the bug The Discord bot seems to be nonfunctional. The following actions are not taken by the bot:

  1. Adding 'Processing' to a member when they join a bot controlled server
  2. Adding roles to a member when they join a bot controlled server and are recognized as being signed in
  3. Updating flight membership does not change the roles of the members with update information

Steps to reproduce Item 1:

  1. Create a new Discord account
  2. Join an appropriate server

Item 2:

  1. Leave an appropriate server
  2. Join the server again

Item 3:

  1. Update flight membership on the website
