Describe the bug Attendance details are visible to those other than the member without the need to know. A regular member and members from other units have access to view attendance details of other members.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Su as standard member
  2. Go to event with attendance records
  3. See other member details

Expected behavior Standard members should not have access to attendance details of other members
