Attendance record edit options are presented to members without access to change data #103

Describe the bug Attendance record edit options are presented to members without the access to change data. When activated, the interface provides a message indicating successful change, however, the change is not saved in the database.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Su as standard member
  2. Go to event with attendance records
  3. Expand information
  4. Modify data, click Update
  5. See message indicating success
  6. Refresh page and expand same member
  7. See data reverted back to previous value

Expected behavior Interface to edit attendance data should not be presented to members without access
