Google Calendar updates are not rolled back on error #154

Describe the bug System error between Google Calendar update and transaction commit result in orphan Google Calendar items without Event Manager items.

Expected behavior If a system error occurs between Google Calendar update and transaction commit, the Google Calendar event should also be updated.
