Event Viewer "I will NOT attend" radio button is not selectable #183

Describe the bug When attempting to indicate event attendance status of not attending, the radio button to indicate this status is not enabled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any future calendar event in a web browser
  2. Sign in
  3. Click on "I will NOT attend"
  4. See that the radio button does not work

Expected behavior Radio button should enable

Actual behavior I will attend radio selection disappears, but I will NOT attend radio button does not select

Additional context All browsers across platforms exhibited the same behavior.
