Describe the bug The cronjobs are regularly crashing and are unable to continuously download CAPWATCH files overnight
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
docker-compose up -d cronjobs
Expected behavior At midnight, CAPWATCH files should be downloaded
Actual behavior A syntax error occurs
