EmailList does not filter on last name #189

Describe the bug When using the EmailList admin page, last names are ignored

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Administration, then Email List
  2. Enter a last name into the name filter
  3. See empty list

Expected behavior A list of all people who have the last name entered

Actual behavior An empty list
