Member select popup search field doesn't work #208

Describe the bug Member select popup window search field for pages such as adding a member to a team, adding a member to permissions, or su, does not allow text entry in the search text box

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign in
  2. Click on Administration tab
  3. Click on su
  4. Attempt to type in search text box

Expected behavior Search box should match entries with text entry

Actual behavior Any member search popups which employ "MemberSelectorButton" class malfunctions

Additional context Recommend alphabetical ordering of all member listings by last name, including member select popup windows
