Describe the bug Discord bot will no longer respond to @CAP Member Manager attendancerecord <eventid>

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create an event
Go into Discord
In a channel the bot has access to, type @CAP Member Manager attendancerecord <eventid>

Expected behavior The bot should respond and attendance should be updated

Actual behavior Nothing happens
