linked events do not show up on home page 'upcoming events' #280

Describe the bug linked events are not listed in 'upcoming events' on the home page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Identify upcoming event linked to another account
  2. Go to unit home page
  3. Note that linked event is not present

Expected behavior all events (with 'show upcoming' enabled in the event) should appear on upcoming events list

Actual behavior only local events are displayed
