No problem. Just a nice to have.
Describe the solution you'd like
Feature would recognize the best performing cadets by tracking their names and scores.
The base feature could just pull scores from HFZ from the last month and display the top scores in each event (mile run, Pacer, Push ups, Curl ups, and Sit-and-Reach) separated for both Males and Females
Added feature: Best combined score from all events
Added feature: An "Iron Cadet" tab that shows the top five scores in each event for males and females, filterable by time (last month, quarterly, last 12 months, etc.)
Added feature: Save the best scores separately from eServices to serve as an "All-time Best" list. This could also track a "date record was set" attribute.
Added feature: The ability to track PT for senior members and display their "top five" separately from cadets
Added feature: The ability to submit, approve, and track scores external events (5k, 10k, Half-, and Full Marathons) for both Cadets and Seniors, Males and Females
Added feature: Tracks cadets (all members?) by progressively more challenging fitness categories (cohorts) set by the squadron [Example: Raptors (all cadets running 6:20 or better in the mile); Eagles (7:00 or better), Falcons (8:00 or better), Skylanes (9:00 or better); Skyhawks (completed all events)]
Describe alternatives you've considered
Remember to award/recognize this during PT night or in a public post on Facebook (we rarely do).
