User Friendliness: Merging New Member Accounts #384

"Replace Member" could be modified to better describe the function. "Merge with NHQ Account" or "Merge attendance with CAPID" might be a better descriptor. An "Are you sure?" box with the name of both accounts would ensure no errors are made.
