Part-time signups for events doesn't work #64

Describe the bug In EventViewer signup section, elements for part-time signups accept input, but do not reflect in attendance view. Attendance record interface part-time signup checkbox is non-responsive.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign in
  2. Go to event viewer
  3. Check part-time attendance and fill in values
  4. Click Sign up

Expected behavior When part-time attendance values are selected, they should be saved and displayed with attendance record.
