Only members have access to event POC information. Cadet parents should be able to access event POC contact information using their own account.

Cadet parents and spouses should have their own accounts with which they may access information protected from public view.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Logging in using someone else's credentials is unsafe and a violation of good security practices.
Additional context
Allowing the member to manage their own 'associate' accounts would be good and would reduce administrative burden on administrators and developers
