App Suggestion: Mayan EDMS #650

It would be great to see Mayan EDMS as a caprover One Click App.

It has docker images and docker-compose.yml files, although they are more convoluted than most. Also, it includes Traefik stuff that I believe are not needed for a caprover deployment.

I'll give it a try myself to see if I can create the correct .yml for caprover, but I certainly don't understand some of the lines in that docker-compose.yml file. If someone sees that docker-compose.yml file, understands it and wants to give it a go: very very appreciated.

Do you know if there is any official Docker image for the app?

I already sent a working PR with a working One Click App, so I feel this can be closed
