Stage pycoal products for Basic File Management

In order to advance our file management capabilities, we rely upon pycoal products, these include

• the canonical AVIRIS-NG L2 Orthocorrected scaled reflectance image - ftp://avng.jpl.nasa.gov/AVNG_2015_data_distribution/L2/gzip/ang20150420t182050_rfl_v1e.tar.gz
• the subsequent mineral classified GIS product
• the subsequent mining classified GIS product
• the final environmentally correlated classified GIS product
• the RGB image These must be staged in Google Drive.
