The first milestone for the File Management and Resource Management team is the delivery of comprehensive documentation covering the automation of data acquisition and file system crawling. The document should be similar in scope to the basic file management documentation available at https://github.com/capstone-coal/coal-sds/wiki/Basic-File-Management-in-COAL-SDS
