Modified Apache Tika version in pom.xml #31

After making the change and rebuilding the project (re-generating the jar files existing in /usr/local/coal-sds-deploy/), the manual file ingestion and the crawler no longer works. @kristencheung and I could not figure out the dependencies that are breaking as a result of the version upgrade.

Assistance will be appreciated. Thank you!

Merging this for the time being. I will work on a solution when I pull locally. Right now the functionality is broken but we will fix it. The PR over at Tika has been merged so we can continue with the upgrade here in COAL-SDS.
