New beam: flag out bad holography channels. Make new beam cube with only good channels. -- sparse beam.
Holography is too finely sampled and extends over too large an angle
Peak set to unity in all channels at the central pixel - bp calibrator sets the flux scale. Beam needs to be unity at this position.
Need to solve for pointing (likely dominant DD effect).
Start reducing data on offset calibrator fields to check beam accuracy

Labelling this as as won't fix for now... for the time being we're stuck without DD calibration and imaging

@bennahugo please re-open if necessary. (Also, not sure whether any of the above should be labelled as a MeerKATHI bug or rather a limitation.)
