Replace Calibrator lsm models with new wsclean models #1357

The older MeerKAT lsm models of the calibrators are off spectrally when dealing with off-axis structure as per @bennahugo , see the discussion in #1354 .

The models will be added as part of the UHF branch; the machinery required in the crosscal worker is the same for UHF and L band.
