Gaincal fails on secondary calibrator when using meerkat_cyrstalball_skymodel #1478

Hi

I need some help with crosscal. Gaincal fails when it goes onto the secondary calibrator, and I think it's because of crosscal.set_model.meerkat_crystalball_skymodel: true. When I re-run the worker with crosscal.set_model.meerkat_skymodel: true it works fine. Ah i see this is a known issue being discussed in #1450.
