This is a very simple worker that allows the user to image full-Stokes parameters (IQUV) with wsclean. All the standard option to image polarization are in place. In addition the worker can create extra images, namely:

• PB images
• cubes
• convolved images/cubes/both

Can one of the admins verify this patch?

I forgot to say that this branch needs the spimple tool to convolve the images to a given beam resolution. I am not sure if @Mulan-94 already merge the spimple branch in Stimela....?
