MIF-Multi-shot-Interactive-Fusion-for-Cancer-Survival-Prediction

This is an implementation of MIF in Python 3.6.13 under Windows with CPU Intel Intel i7-9750H @ 2.60 GHz CPU and a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 GPU with 8G memory. It follows a modern deep learning design and is implemented by PyTorch platform.

Installation

Run the main routine

Examples shown below for training the survival predictive model:

Training: python train_cv.py

Testing: python test_cv.py
