Display of not just review status, but completeness #1037

When looking at a long list of neurons, particularly in the connectivity widget, it would be handy to know what neurons are "complete" in the sense of having no more open ends, even if they are not reviewed. Even when reconstructing, it might be nice about being able to keep track of the number of open ends so you can actually feel the progress.

This relates to #1011 which has a proposal for enhancing the review system. As an extension, the "100%" review score or equivalent should not be given unless the Skeleton Analytics does not list any critical issues like open ends.
