Neuron Search needs means to expand all annotations to select all neurons at once #1353

This would allow the use of a metaannotation to select all neurons under it.

To stay consistent with the "Annotate" and the "Export CSV" buttons, I'd suggest to add an "Expand annotations" button that only expands selected entries. If all all results should be expanded, one could use the "Select all" checkbox. Would that work for you?
