Connectivity widget: update total synapse count when filters are in use #1889

If a partner name filter or an annotation filter is used in the Connectivity Widget, the total number of synapses isn't updated accordingly. The total count should reflect the filter, possibly while still presenting the original (unfiltered) total count as well in a clearly marked way.

another related issue -- after applying the filter, Export CSV still gives the whole connectivity matrix with all neurons included.

Thanks, the CSV export is now fixed in the dev branch.
