Fix the appveyor build/deploy script for d/new-load branch changes

This builds on appveyor with msbuild, and it runs for me fine on Wine.

However, things I have not been able to test:

• Opening and building the solution on Visual Studio (particularly, there were some changes to CrashHacks.csproj)
• Running the final package on a real Windows system

I don't want to merge this in until someone can confirm the above two points are functional.

That package works on a real Windows system for me, but it's missing the ja resources directory.
