"Show Entire Level" option #39

There should be some method for opening a 3D view of the entire level, similar to a normal zone viewer.

Maybe it should also include a Show Scenery and Show Zone checkboxes (on by default).

Yes, in fact I might add those boxes on a toolbar to every viewer.
