genercize repo name, remove "vault" references

There's a good chance we will not name the new repository "VAULT" and we need to remove naming that indicates otherwise, such as this repository's name. cca_invenio is probably best. There may be implications beyond simply renaming in GitHub and updating my local repo's remotes. See:

• [x] the site/vault local app dir (path also in Pipfile)
• [x] the superadmin account name (app_data/users.yaml)
• [x] values in .invenio file
• [x] readme.md and docs in notes/
• [x] the database name, comes up in docker config, names of docker images
