form first field non responsive #60

if I hover over the middle (horizontal) of the first field on a form (input or select list), there is no response

I have to hover over the far left or far right of the field in order for focus to change and for click to get a response

think it might be some conflict with the nav menu (hamburger click or close click) but not sure
