Requirements:
A Initially there should be only one concept per view. (e.g. Measurement for the view MeasurementCollection)
B Every view should be linked to a concept
2 ways:
keep just the more important. In our use case CulturalProperty would satisfy all the requirements. (one concept per view and every view has a connected concept)
A suggested algorithm, with inconsistency: tune the filter (setting the importance) until A and B are satisfied. This is not possible has while you are waiting a concept to be connected two a view without concepts (B) yet, more than one concept may appear for another view (invalidating A).
Another possible solution: splitting the two requirements into two filters: 1 to select maximum number of concepts for pattern. 2 to select concept to be shown based on importance.
