Updated KNIME core dependency range to include KNIME v4 #9

Plugins compatible with KNIME v3 should be compatible with KNIME v4. Instructions given were to be inclusive on 4.0.0 (therefore set exclusive max to 5.0.0).

This change should allow for the KNIME-CDK plugin to be installable in KNIME 4.0
