Can't change HorizontalAlignment and VerticalAlignment to "Center" #95

  1. Create new layout
  2. Drop a new FrameWindow as a root
  3. Try to change HorizontalAlignment or VerticalAlignment to "Center"

Value immdiately reverts to default.
