SWIFT Catalogue web interface: redesign nowcasting interface

4 panel version of latest nowcasting images with dropdowns and a common control for moving between timesteps.

Static mockup now available at http://homepages.see.leeds.ac.uk/~eartdj/static/Swift_nowcasting_4panel.html (N.B. developed in Chrome, needs cross-browser testing).

TODO

[ ] Resize images on window resize?
[x] Determine best way to specify number of time steps to be displayed so that it can be adjusted as required
[x] Determine best way to specify required categories to be displayed so that it can be adjusted as required
[x] If no image available, change image to most recent prior to selected time step?
[ ] Remove max-width on #container element to maximise image sizes?
[x] [JM] Make it "playable" as well as "step-able" (and when it plays, allow it to loop).
[ ] Do we want ability to click through to view a given category?
