SWIFT Catalogue web interface: add units to legends for NWCSAF generated images #30

@lecjlg to investigate adding units to legends during generation of NWCSAF images.

Alternatively, we could add units to category labels in database.

Might be able to do this in NWCPY plotting scripts by adding label=unitStr to call to plt.colorbar(). I will test this on the SWIFT plot VM.
