Setup 6 domains in SAF on the Chilbolton Machine #35

The plan is to remove the python plotting from this machine to free up resources to run more domains on it.

All six domains are now configured and running on the Chilbolton server. I've increase the amount of threads NWCSAF can use for PGEs to 8 as there is quite a bit of capacity now the plotting is no longer on this machine. This should hopefully mean it will process the domains quicker. We may be able to increase this further.

Currently the three small domains are set at priority 2 with the main domains priority 1.
