SWIFT catalogue web interface: determine how to access/load newly selected resources #59

The static mockup defines a pre-populated manifest of image locations which are then loaded as required. Either need to do this for all product categories to be displayed or changing the select needs to trigger an action to return a manifest for the selected category (N.B. this would need to be fixed to the current display time).

Done except for checking that the timestamp of the returned manifest matches the resources currently displayed. This will require a change to the summary method to allow specification of timestamp.
