SWIFT catalogue web interface: display latest images for which forward extrapolations are available #63

Display of forward extrapolations is intermittent because maximum timestamp for selected resources may not correspond to timestamp for which the latest forward extrapolations are available. Need to adjust the query to get the maximum timestamp for which forward extrapolations are available.

Fixed by adjustments now merged into swift-cakephp3 branch.
