File name is displayed above MSG images to mirror information contained in NWCSAF images. If the product category to be displayed is switched to an NWCSAF category, this display element should be hidden.

Commit merged into swift-cakephp3 but not yet deployed.

Need to ensure that the display element is available for all panels, not just those which begin as MSG panels, so that if you change to an MSG image the filename is displayed.
