SWIFT catalogue web interface: amend "View latest images" text #85

Add "Latest image not shown until all forward extrapolations created. You can "View latest images" but not all extrapolations may be available." to top of 4-up (not at bottom).

Also need to make it clearer that users can select different products via panel dropdowns.

Suggest the following text for the sentence to be displayed, which needs to be adjusted depending on which view you're on:

(For the default view) "You are viewing the latest images with forward extrapolations. You can view the latest images, but forward extrapolations may not be available."

(For the "latest images" view) "You are viewing the latest images, which may not include forward extrapolations. You can view the latest images with forward extrapolations."

Screenshot of what this would look like with the additional information about product selection and some tweaks to the styling of the dropdowns to make them stand out a bit better.
