Footer: Broken links: Telegram, discord, Github, twitter #692

Hi there.

Just found that in case if you will be redirected into documentation and the link doesn`t exist anymore the footer links are broken:

How to reproduce:

  1. https://docs.centrifuge.io/use/participate-in-network/ (old doc - deleted)
  2. Or try to access any not existing page - https://docs.centrifuge.io/l1

@annamehr The documentation part was re-elaborated and changed. However, Orhan suggested this: https://docs.centrifuge.io/use/governance-process/
