Fix case in file extension for a few images #127

Most images have the extension in upper case, but a few ones have it in lower case, this PR only fixes the references in the README to align with the real file names. Ideally all files should be renamed to use lower case only.

Thanks, it seems the doc as not tested but the code was (I guess) :) thanks for the fix!
